What we collect

When you contact us or book a consultation, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and anything you tell us about your project.

If you opt in to news and updates, we keep your name and email address so we can send them.

When you browse the site, our website platform (Squarespace) collects standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics. This helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and carry out consultations, to manage your project if you become a client, and, only if you have opted in, to send occasional news and updates. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers who make the website and our email work (such as Squarespace and our email provider), who handle it on our behalf.

Our lawful bases for this are: taking steps you have asked for before and during a project, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business, and your consent for the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law and our insurers require. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

This site runs on Squarespace, which uses a small number of cookies to make the site function and to measure how it is used. Your rights
